Retail Conversion Project Commences
The next phase of the retail conversion project on Thomson Place is underway, commencing on Monday, September 21st 2020.
Invesco/Crosspoint is converting the ground floor of the turn of the century brick-and-beam buildings from existing office space to retail at buildings 26-36 Thomson Place. Previous retail conversion on the street has brought Bartaco Boston, Trillium Fort Point, and Trader Joe’s Seaport to Thomson Place.
The project is being managed by Crosspoint Associates, lead by Lee Kennedy General Construction, and designed by Margulies Perruzzi Architects.
